I’m Basel Karkabee, a recent Computer Science graduate with a professional background in software quality assurance, automation and technical troubleshooting. I also bring years of customer-facing sales experience, which taught me how people make decisions, where hesitation comes from and why clear communication matters.
Today, I combine that experience with digital marketing, website creation and business automation to help small businesses build digital systems that are professional, measurable and easier to manage.

I first started building websites for people around me. I quickly discovered that I enjoyed more than the design and development itself. I enjoyed understanding what a business needed, turning that need into a useful online experience and seeing the finished website support a real goal.
Later, I helped someone close to me launch a business through digital marketing. The process showed me that this was work I was both good at and genuinely interested in. I decided to study digital marketing seriously and build a business focused on helping small businesses improve how they attract customers and present themselves online.

Small businesses often need more than an advertisement or a website in isolation. They need the different parts of their digital activity to support one another.
A campaign can bring traffic, but the website must build trust and make the next step clear. A form can collect leads, but the business still needs an organized way to respond and follow up. Analytics can collect data, but the tracking must measure the actions that actually matter.
While developing my digital marketing knowledge, I saw how many repetitive tasks, lead-handling steps, follow-ups and reporting processes could be automated. With my technical background, business automation became a natural extension of the same goal: helping small businesses operate more effectively.

Years of customer-facing sales experience taught me that people rarely make decisions based on information alone. They need clarity, trust and a clear reason to take the next step.
That experience influences how I structure websites, write calls to action, present services and design customer journeys. A website should not only look good. It should help the visitor understand the offer, feel confident and act.

Digital problems rarely belong to only one category. A campaign may generate traffic while the landing page confuses visitors. A form may collect leads while the follow-up process loses them. A website may look polished while its tracking does not measure meaningful actions.
My approach is to examine the complete system: marketing, website, tracking, lead handling, automation and the customer experience connecting them.
