01

A quick introduction

I’m Basel Karkabee, a Computer Science graduate with a professional background in software QA, automation and technical troubleshooting. Alongside that I’ve spent years in customer-facing and sales roles, which taught me how people make decisions, what makes them hesitate, and why clear communication matters at every step.

Today I combine that background with digital marketing, website building and automation, to help small businesses attract customers and handle enquiries in a more organized way.

02

How I started

I started by building websites for people around me. I quickly found that I enjoyed more than the design and the build itself. I enjoyed understanding what a business needed and turning that into a site that genuinely helps it.

Later I helped someone close to me promote a business through digital marketing. That’s where it clicked: this was work I was good at and enjoyed. I decided to study digital marketing properly and open a business focused on helping small businesses.

03

Why the services belong together

A small business usually doesn’t need just an ad or just a website. It needs the different parts to work together.

A campaign brings traffic, but the website has to build trust and make the next step clear. A form collects enquiries, but you still need an organized way to respond and follow up. And measurement collects data, but it has to track the actions that actually matter to the business.

While working in marketing I saw how many repetitive tasks, follow-ups and reports could be automated. With my technical background, automation became a natural extension of the same goal, helping a business run in a more organized way.

04

What sales taught me

Years of working with customers taught me that people don’t decide on information alone. They need clarity, trust and a clear reason to take the next step.

That shapes how I build websites, frame offers and write calls to action. A website shouldn’t just look good. It should help the visitor understand, feel confident and reach out.

05

How I approach the work

A digital problem almost never sits in just one area. A campaign brings traffic while the landing page confuses people. A form collects enquiries while nothing tracks them. A site looks great while the measurement ignores what matters.

So I look at the whole picture: the marketing, the website, the measurement, how enquiries are handled, and the path the customer takes between them.
